I have bought several cases for my phone at a range of prices, and this is the first one which fits the phone nicely and doesn't either cover a port or press a button. I like the cover. it's well made and looks good.This would be a five star rating except for one problem which is that the case covers the back of the phone completely except for the camera lens, which means if you use the fingerprint sensor at all you have to keep taking the phone out of the cover. I use the Samsung Health app and I use fingerprint security for some apps, so I end up taking the phone out of the case at least once or twice a day.Having said this, if you have a Galaxy Note 8 and don't ever need to use the fingerprint sensor then this case is a quality product which should meet your needs perfectly.

Initial impressions of this case are favourable.It's well made, and given that it's genuine leather, it should last.It does command a premium price, compared to many others, and you'll have to decide whether it's value for money.Given the price, I do believe it let's itself down in some areas, namely -- the flexible insert holding the phone in place is on par with cheap, tacky cases. The buttons are actually covered, which is a design I'm not overly keen on. This could be improved considerably to allow more accessibility to the sides of the phone.NB - this plastic sleeve is impeding upon my glass screen protector, and affecting it.- there is no 'sleep' magnet. Pretty poor given the price commanded.- the outer case consists of a suede leather. Time will tell how this holds up to daily wear (I've had a brown case previously and it eventually discoloured, hence the black one this time around).- the viewing stand is pretty useless. There's nothing to hold it in place.So overall it's not fantastic, but it should protect the phone well, and hopefully it will last as leather products should.

As phone cases go, this sits at the mid to high end of the price range so I was expecting a good quality product with a fairly high quality feel. I also wanted something that could go some way to replacing my wallet.This product has certainly met my expectations in both regards. It's made from good quality leather and tidy, precise stitching without any loose threads. It has 3 card slots which is plenty for day to day use and cash notes fit nicely into the wallet section, although the £20 note needs folding. Coins are not catered for but I wouldn't expect them to be.The phone sits snugly but securely in its holder and is in no danger of dropping out. The leather offers excellent protection if you drop he phone or accidently bang it against somethingThe only change I would like to see is to have a windowed section below the card slots for carrying photo ID like a driver's licence. It's not much of an issue but would make it a 5 star product for me.

Fantastic looking case, well worth the money can't rate highly enough. Just looks pure quality, feels pure quality. Only one minor issue to think about is because it is nubuck leather it may stain/dirty and not sure if it's wipe clean?But I was bought this as a present I would be over the moon and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it. Looks like it's worth well over the 60 pound mark. Well worth the 22 pound price tag

The mobile only auto-shuts off if there are no cards in the card slots. Otherwise you have to shut the mobile off before closing the cover.

Very pleased with the look but can not fit the charger on the phone as it's not quiet in line with slot for the charger

Arrived in good time looks very smart when new. But after just a short time the case shows wear and quickly becomes tatty and cheap looking. For the money I'd hope this would wear better and longer but I'm already looking for a new case

Suede outside and leather inside. Good fit but with time you will need to clean with suede cleaner, 3 card slots and a note section. When filled it's hard to close the case. It will fit better as the leather stretches. Overall it's my case of choice and I use without a screen saver as it's protected enough.
