I have a few other pairs of eye protective wear but wanted to try these because my other pairs are literally just glasses. These actually have side shields and more coverage above and below your eyes so you are less likely to catch a piece of wood in the eye when using a miter saw. They are comfortable to wear and I actually forgot I had them on a couple of times. They are very durable and as of right now they seem scratch resistant. And I have dropped them more than once and they are still good. I would recommend these just for the fact that they protect all sides of your eyes.
