Good quality bands Sometimes they don’t do tight enough and are hard to make sure they are at the right pressure Good value for money though

Just received this through the post today. Must say I haven't had a change to use it at the gym but im very impressed so far with the quality and design reason for me only giving four stars . Very strong material the part which support the pulling mechanism is made of metal which is perfect. Alot better then the other brands which bought.

Excellent product. Top quality bands. The only issue I have is that the clasp doesn't always close the way they say it does and its awkward at times to get a good fit.

Very good item! Excellent adjustment to arms and thigs; allows an effective BFR training.

Poor quality plastic. Mechanism is fiddly to release and pinches skin also, 1 broke after little use

Had these for a while now. At first I was impressed but it turns out that this was just because I didn't know any better. I was getting decent pumps and some results. But over a few weeks the elastic started to fray at the edges and the buckle springs on one cuff weakened making it awkward to tighten. On one occasion the springs shot out and had to be located, retrieved and replaced. Disillusioned a bit. So I bought some pneumatic cuffs. Reluctantly because they were costly. And was a bit suprised at the difference. Using a finger pulse display to find Limb Occlusion Pressure and dividing this by two for the correct tightness I get results I never would have got with these bands. So as I typed, for the price they really are a cheap option.

Great low cost BFR straps. No issues with pinching or the velcro (to the video review, remove the protection on the velcro and it works). Could do with instructions for those who don't know how to use them safely but youtube is your friend.

Muy contento con la compra. La calidad es buena y el cierre regulable es práctico y resistente. Desde que las utilizo para vascularizar más mis venas, noto tras cada entrenamiento que el cuerpo se me tonifica aún más. De hecho mis sesiones de ejercicios me requieren más esfuerzo con las bandas en los brazos. Las recomiendo

Did the job but it’s kinda hard to know when too tight is too tight. No Meter to check. Just be careful. Did it too tight ones and got nerve issues for a few weeks.

I love how quickly they came in the post - arrived 2 weeks earlier than promised. The bands are excellent quality and do what they are supposed to.

Great price, easy to put on and adjust, and remove. Be sure to make sure the little loop that has a Velcro patch for pressing the excess elastic banding to is close to the metal adjuster and positioned such that the Velcro doesn't touch your skin, otherwise you will feel a little itch. Appears to be quite effective, and I am careful to stay under 10 minutes of use before removing them from my arms. I notice good biceps 'burn' towards the end of sets of ten reps, but even better triceps burn... nice!
