They’re definitely not for quitting smoking if you’re a long term smoker, it doesn’t give you the sensation of smoking or even kick the hum you have, honestly chewing gum is a way better and cheaper alternative and works better imo than these do, half the time you can’t even tell if you’ve even hit the essential oils or not the flavor is hit or miss itself, it would be different if it acted as a mod vape would , you hit it like a cig you get the smoke and the sensation but not the nicotine , and gum or no nicotine mod vapes are your absolute best best these are a no go, you’re jus walking around hitting flavored air like that’s it your inhaling a flavorful wind .. I wouldn’t recommend to anyone or buy again. Sorry.

If I could give 10 stars I would. Tried quitting several times - this is the PERFECT complement to the patch or other cessation aid. It completely satisfies the psychological/habit component of smoking after a day or two of adjustment. I’d say the first 1-2 days I craved the “sensation of physical smoke on exhale” while inhale was completely satisfied. That said this satisfied it well enough for the first few days and now I do not miss it at ALL! Best oral fixation for me (note I hate the Nicotine gum since I just chew it constantly and more than that, there’s no “smoking inhale” sensation which I have always struggled with. One thing I’ll caution is they wear out/dry up after about a week and WILL dry out even if you’re not using it and it’s left uncapped, so keep the caps on AND stock up so you don’t run out since they ship slow. (but leave them sealed in the plastic packaging, not just the caps until you use them so there’s zero dry out). Also love that the company was inspired by the founders quit journey - he’s one of us! Can’t speak to non-smokers but I’d also say they’re just “kinda nice” and could be cool/fun even if you aren’t quitting and like the natural flavorful stress effect. Like “tasty deep breathing” Last but not least: YOU CAN DO THIS. It’s normal to need to try quitting many times just keep swimming!!!!!! (And no they haven’t given me any compensation or free product this is just awesome) About 3 weeks into my quit.

I gave these bad boys 3 ⭐️’s because the pull or air draw is a wee bit to low for my 44 year old man sized lungs 🫁, the flavor is good and all that jazz it does feel like you are hitting a vape just without the seeing of a cloud getting blown out, the are too small I bought a four pack and relieved them 3 days ago, I can’t tell you where the other 3 are at the moment very easy to lose and since they have practically no weight you won’t hear them when not if they fall to ye floor and or ground, overall good product going on day 6 of no vape so yeah if the will is there these will work for you. I would suggest however getting something to hold and attach to your person somewhere somehow.

It'll do it's job just fine, But if I were to suggest some improvements they'd be as follows : 1. Make it Longer It's too short! It doesn't feel right in your fingers, it should be as long as a regular cigarette. 2. Needs a Little More Weight It's a little flimsy and I feel like if it were just a little heavier it'd feel nicer in the hand. 3. Rubberized Coating for the Mouth Piece As is the plastic is fine, but it doesn't quite hold in your mouth when you're talking, It needs something with a little more grip. 4. Unflavored Version Please! Not all of us want or need a flavor for these things, I just want something that lets me take care of the urge to have the cigarette there. I do like this product, I think the pricing is pretty good all things considered, but it could use just a couple improvements and it'd be so much nicer of an experience for the user! I'm sure if you upgraded it just a little people would pay a little extra.

If you are really ready to quit, this is the right product. I mentally prepared myself and worked with my Dr. using nicotine patches to help with those cravings and this absolutely helped with that hand to mouth habit and that inhaling desire at the back of your throat. After a few weeks you find yourself needing this less and less. It really is all about whether you really have a desire to quit. I smoked for 37 years and with patches and this, I quit cold turkey and never looked back. It's been 2 1/2 years. No cheats, no cravings and my husband is a smoker.

Not the best to quit nicotine.. I’ve been vaping for about 6 years and this did not help at all.. not very much flavor, doesn’t last long, none of the flavors are that good, and since there isn’t any vapor there is no way this makes it easier.. wouldn’t recommend

Hmm. It does what it advertises, very light flavor and something to oral fixate on if you need to quit/cut down on smoking/vaping. That said, I feel like I could've created something similar for cheaper.. it's pretty much a very tiny plastic writing pen hollowed out and added some flavor inside. It's really small, like 2 inches, and very lightweight.. be careful not to lose it! It's not the worst quality plastic, but still thin. I think I would've felt better if it had been $3-4 cheaper. Oh well.

The flavor is reasonably strong for a day or so n fades fairly fast after that, which makes these pretty pricey so I won't be buying again. With that said, these are one of the better substitutes for cigarettes or vaping that I've come across. Ur never going to get the same throat hit from any air device that u get from a vape/cig, but the menthol/mint in these helps more than an air device with nothing.

La verdad, para lo caro que es y que luego encima te llegue con 7 euros de aduanas no merece la pena. El producto en si, aunque fuera barato, no vale para nada.
