Has anyone used this kit for cleaning a Dyson (specifically the cordless V6)?

yes they are great to take dyson apart heads and cyclone

does this include a Philips screwdriver ?

Yes but they are tiny. They are not your standard screwdrivers. More for electrical use. As per item description. Really decent set though.

Are these magnetic? I’m assuming they are and that there was just a small translation problem in the product details/features

The above screwdrivers are magnetic, the only items not magnetic are the tweezers. I hope this answers your query?
