The Nutrients are good especially with the protein its what i look for its not very thick the taste is acceptable but i would of like to see higher calories as they don't seem to have enough for me i tend to drink 2 of them in the morning just to get what i want from them but other than that there great

Bought these when they were on sale so got a good deal. They taste quite sweet, but they are nice though. I'd use them again.

Great size for taking with you work, play or exercise (post workout quick protein fix). Flavours are often hit or miss with these kind of products, I wasn't disappointed in these drinks (ordered multipack twice so far). Only 145 calories in 330ml 11g of sugar though so be careful if your watching your intake. Fat 0.3g and 25g of protein. I usually have one after I have finished in the gym, convenient and affordable with a decent taste, I have only tried the Raspeberry Ripple but just recently ordered two additional flavours to try them out. I find it stops me snacking as well, so protein must be just right as I feel satiated but not bloated after drinking. Worth every penny so far. Great product.

First bottle opened was actually vile! Tasted as though it had turned and was full of clumpy bits! I’ve opened another bottle and this one tastes ok, not really a raspberry ripple flavour though. Hoping the other bottles haven’t turned like the first one!

These are a handy way to get extra protein in after the gym or if you're struggling to get your protein macros in. Taste wise the raspberry isn't the worst but it's definitely not my fave. To my taste the raspberry hint is too mild so it becomes more like an aftertaste than a legitimate flavour. Obviously taste is subjective. Macros are pretty good on this. Negligible fat and a good protein to calorie ratio.
