Improves function, not just cosmetics
Pros- >Comes with extra adhesive layers in case you mess up their application. >Back button grips make the Steam Deck feel so much better, and stable in my hands--your fingers have a place to fit into and rest. Like it's less likely to slip out of while holding it. >The buttons actually feel easier to press since your finger does not slip at all on them. It feels like it removes the 'squish' of button presses, ironically, since you are adding rubber to them. >Textured pattern was a great improvement versus a smooth surface. I do not see them causing blisters since the texture easily gives to any pressure, and feel very natural. Cons- >Not the easiest application process. Removing the adhesive backing, aligning the pad into to curve of the back buttons, and also making them straight and even, was a bit much. But like I said, they give you extras. >They only provide 1 cleaning pad for all 8 buttons. Potential problems- >The edges of the pads for the triggers and bumpers seem like they could peel up easily over time, or if you picked at them. They are not very sticky compared to the back buttons adhesive layer. >My fear is that I will lose a pad somehow, but I have no reason to think this. They are very sturdy--I just do not want to buy a whole kit again if I lose just 1. I 100% recommend this if you feel the back buttons are difficult to press or a little out of comfortable reach for you. Would definitely buy again if unless the fall off on their own in the next few months.

*PLS READ BEFORE YOU BUY*
This is long, but I can only recommend these if I tell you the bad and if you get them PLEASE read my instructions, or you will not be happy! I LOVE these so much, I wish I could give them 5 stars. The stock Deck NEEDS better back buttons. Putting these on not only greatly improves the feel, adds incredible grip, and makes them very easy to press... They also make the Deck *SO* much more comfortable to hold and play. Your fingertips being cradled perfectly reduces hand fatigue while giving you a much more secure hold. *THE MAJOR ISSUE & THE WAY TO FIX IT:* As negative reviews have said these WILL. NOT. STICK. They really need to redesign them. The silicone should be attached to a thin plastic back piece which would actually stick with the adhesive strips, because it sticks to plastic just fine. But even after thoroughly cleaning the surfaces with alcohol and pressing very firmly the buttons fall right off. ๐ All you need to fix the issue is super glue (I used Gorilla, $3.) You can, of course, directly glue them to the buttons. But if you don't want to permanently commit/damage the Deck, here's how you circumvent that: 1. First cut off about 1 mm from the edge of the sticker (except the edge with a tab.) It's too big, you will have a tiny bit of the adhesive sticking out and it will look bad and collect dirt. 1. Clean the back of the button with alcohol. 2. Apply tiny dots of the glue directly to the silicone button and spread it *very thinly* (and carefully) with the tip of the glue nozzle. You want a very thin line of glue near the edges (but not touching the edge because it will squish out.) 3. Now remove the backing on the tape. Holding the tape by the tab, carefully press it onto the back of the button, smooth it and press/rub firmly until the entire piece is well adhered. 4. Now the tricky part... Peel off the clear plastic backing. It's a pain, the tab didn't help- start at a corner instead. I used an exacto knife to separate the sticky layer from the plastic. Once you get it off, just carefully position the button on the corresponding Deck button. Place it lightly (so you can reposition) until you are sure it's perfectly positioned. Then press firmly and hold 5-10 seconds. Make sure the edges are pressed down, and you are done. If you don't want to deal with this hassle, I also got the Skull & Co. plastic back buttons and used those for months, they are awesome and easy to install. As long as you follow directions they stick perfectly! I only got these instead because I want everything covered in soft silicone/rubber ๐ ONE LAST THING: I'm sorry but the shoulder/trigger button grip stickers suck. It's too thick to shape nicely to the contoured edges and it will pop up. They are also not cut precisely to the correct size and shape. The shoulder/trigger buttons in the upgraded set is much nicer, but they are HUGE! If you don't have big hands they are wayyy too thick. ๐ข I can't find a happy medium anywhere. The molded ones would be amazing if they were about 1/3 as high. It's annoying that you pay nearly the same to get this set when only the back buttons are usable. So just get the new set unless they lower the price on these and you can give away the shoulder buttons if they're too big for you. I got the grip tapes set from Talon and used those instead, they are nicer and mold to the contour beautifully. I highly recommend those grip tapes, especially if you also don't like the slick shiny D-pad and ABXY.

A perfect fit
Easy application, and it comes with 3 sets of adhesive pieces in case you goof up like I did. The rubber is tough and high quality, and the adhesive binds quickly and easily. These extenders paired with a dbrand killswitch case transform the Steam Deck into its final form. The grip texturing feels great and the extra spacing is perfect for larger hands. Overall a great value for the price!

Easy, and comfy mod for the Steam Deck, especially if you feel the Steam Deck is slightly too big.
Easy to install and has a great feel. Totally worth it and has breathed new life into my Steam Deck comfort-wise. For those who find the Steam Deck a bit too big, this will give you a noticeable better grip on it. It also makes the back buttons easier to press. This should have been implemented on the original design as of those buttons seem to far, leaving you with an awkward grip if you use these buttons frequently. Installing these has made it much easier to access these buttons, has made holding the unit in almost any setting enjoyable and has cut fatigue down significantly.

Makes an already comfortable system even more comfortable to hold
If you're like me and have sweaty hands, these can be a godsend. The texture feels really smooth and natural in the hands. But the best part is the back paddle grips. The contoured shape fits the fingertips perfectly, but as an added bonus, the shape actually makes holding the Steam Deck for extended periods much more comfortable. Because of their shape, most of the weight is now supported and held in place by your fingers. It's very hard to describe with words, but I found my grip of the system much more relaxed during longer gaming sessions. I definitely recommend this kit for anyone looking to make their Steam Deck more comfortable to hold.

Steam Deck Back Buttons
DO NOT BUY THESE. I typically donโt do reviews but this product just isnโt good. The attachable buttons are great with good texture. However the adhesive stickers are just horrible and failed on application immediately. They donโt give you many adhesive stickers to start with too so once you've used them all up thatโs itโฆ. Even if you manage to get them to stay on theyโre pretty weak and will likely fall off sooner rather than later. Save your money and look elsewhere

Works great, application sucks
I have large hands and found that the back buttons on my steam deck were too shallow to use comfortably most of the time. I used the smaller grip attachments and they make it SO much more comfortable, I can actually use the back buttons regularly now. Unfortunately, putting them on was a major pain. I read that the adhesive was separate from the rubber pieces in another review, but I didn't think it was a big deal since I'm not too bad at lining things up. The problem is that the adhesive strips don't stick to the rubber. Not even a little bit. I'd recommend applying the adhesive to the buttons on your deck first and then the rubber pieces on top of that, because trying to put the adhesive on the rubber first was an impossible task. I'd peel one side of the adhesive off, apply it to the rubber and then rub it to get rid of air bubbles and the like, but no matter how hard I pressed or how long I rubbed, when I tried to peel the cover for the other side of the adhesive, it'd come up from the rubber. This made placing it on the buttons really difficult, and readjusting even more so. Luckily, they seem to stick pretty well once you get them on, though the edges on a couple of them can peel up if you come at them at a weird angle and I have one that's raised a bit due to the adhesive folding over. I'd recommend them as they made the back buttons usable for me, but be aware they're uber annoying to apply.

Improved game experience and good price.
It's a great way to customize your SD. The pack includes 2 different sizes to fit your needs. It was easy to install the extra grips. I did use tweezers when placing the adhesive as well as use a hair blower to warm it up a bit. So far the quality of the grip buttons are holding up after a month. I have had no issues with the coming off.

PERFECT 4/5 EXTENSIONS
The 4/5 Button extensions are PERFECT. The rest of the textured pads are sticky enough, but could be more precise.

Makes the back buttons easier to press.
Little finicky to install the back button sticky tabs but it's once one, it ain't coming off even after a good game sesh. Comfortable and sturdy fit. Plus purple, best color.

I got this set for my Steam Deck and it has made a small but noticeable difference. The back buttons feel easier to press and the trigger grips give a bit more control during games. The fit is snug and everything stays in place once installed. The bright orange colour looks fun without being too much. It was simple to put on and does not affect the comfort of the device. For a low cost upgrade it adds a nice bit of extra handling.

Unnecessary for me, I guess.
I dunno, I just don't really see the need for these. I thought it'd make a difference, but my Steam Deck fits fairly nicely in my hands already. Maybe if you've got massive hands and you're like 6'4โ or a giant. I just don't see the use for these.
