Great Sound, Comfortable Fit
These JBL Wave Flex earbuds have amazing, deep sound with clear bass. Super comfortable to wear for long periods, and the battery lasts a good amount of time. Easy to pair and stay connected without issues. Perfect for music and calls.

Average sound quality
I bought this only because it has a high rating and people say they like the sound quality. I tested it, downloaded JBL app but really couldn't enjoy the sound quality. I purchased JBL live flex on the second day and I literally could say that the live flex sound quality is at least five times better than this one. I decided to gift this one and use the live flex. If you are looking for the best sound quality go for the live flex. But you just wanna use these for casual phone calls then I believe it will get the job done.

Problem with the left earphone
There is an issue with this product the left earphone doesn't charge, the product was replaced 4 times and still the same issue!!

Good quality but not fully noise cancelling
Really good looking item with great quality, only issue i had is that there is no buds to change so the noise cancelling is not really happening as i have really small.ears so it doesnt fit as snug as earphones with inter changeable buds.
