Was well packaged/protected from shipping. We got then H-187 model, as I’m a bigger / taller guy. I’m 6’4 and there is plenty inches to spare still before it maxes out. Very comfortable seat and it’ flows very smoothly. For an entry level rowing machine this is the one to get. Worth every penny spent, and the whole family will enjoy hours of exercise and use from it.
