Ordered for my Wife. She loves it so far. I cannot really comment on it past that it’s been reliable and she enjoys it. It was easy to set up, it’s quiet, and it was very cost effective. I anticipate it to be a good computer.

after a year, i have finally decided to write a review. I use this for my automotive business - and it is the BEST. it puts up with ALOT of use, and its keeping up with me! i have tried several different computers, and its safe to say that i will be purchasing another one of these very soon as we expand out business! highly highly reccommend. I purchased a curved monitor with this and i get compliments all the time.

This PC replaced a ten year old Dell running Windows 10. This machine is so much faster - probably due to the SSD drive in addition to the hard disk drive. This PC is running Windows 11. The one thing I miss is a DVD/CD drive. My guess is that gets removed when you order this PC with more RAM. Set up is easy. What's weird is whenever you hook this up to live electrical power, it starts to start up on its own and then stops and shuts down until you hit the power button, then it completely starts up. Not a big deal.

Received my new 3020S comp...my third new Dell computer. This one is less than half the size of my last one, less money also and much advanced in features. I have to switch over to it yet- Only critical remark I will make is the instructions with it are VERY short...I like to read over instructions on anything new to acclimate myself to the product. But, in actuality it is pretty hard to not get the setup right. Plug in & play does work.. Dell has a support system to contact (that I have used) & that works well. This does save costs all around & that is a correct way to handle that area. Thanks Dell & amazon you got it right again- Dave Richardson

Very easy to set up, stylish and lightweight! I had been using my 2016 Dell and it only was working up to Windows 10, very slowly...love the Windows 11 and the speed. Perfect for me. I am not a gamer. I mostly use it for writing, emailing, paying bills and organizing photos, planning trips, and surfing the web.

I bought this desktop only because I needed access to windows for some software and programs that can only run on here for school. I’m usually a Mac person so I didn’t know what to expect but this was exceptional for its price, it can easily run the things I was hoping for it to do seamlessly. So if you need this for school or casual web browsing it’s definitely not going to break a sweat on that. I still stick to my MacBook for editing software and stuff, so I can’t comment on those aspects.

didn't realize it was not coming from Amazon, had to send back, being charged for shipping and restock, turn on button did not work.

I bought this to be a cheap and supposedly easy way to get a souped-up flex server online on the cheap. As soon as I got it, I opened the case to swap out the SSD and the HDD and quickly saw that the HDD mounting points are non-standard. I decided to keep it, but my HDD is just kind of chilling in there praying that nobody ever knocks on the case. Yikes. Other than that, the processor is performing wonderfully for my Plex server. Running three or four 4K transcodes simultaneously it's wonderful.
