I've waited over 100 days to post this review as the mattress was purchased with a 100 day guarantee or return. We will be keeping this mattress. It is exellent value for money. The mattress came vacuum packed abd required 3 days to expand as per the instructions. Visibly it looked fully expanded after 24hrs however we waited the full recommended time. There was no weird smell whatsoever. We would describe this mattress as Medium Firm. We are a 70kg and 60kg couple, it gives great support, no springs digging at all and there is no roll together at all so far. It's slightly firmer than my personal preference but still very comfortable. We get a good night's sleep on it. Our previous mattress was top range at 3x the price some 10yrs ago and this new mattress is in my opinion just as good if not better. So spend your money wisely, buy this one. Highly Recommend

So far so good, arrived on time and nicely boxed up which surprised me somewhat as this is fully sprung mattress. It was a lot heavier than I imagined which is not a bad thing as you know that it contains solid materials and not just lightweight foams to bulk it up. I have to say that on my own I could not 'slide' it out of the box at one end as instructed as it was such a tight fit so I carefully cut along one long side. It is dispatched rolled up flat in a vacuum packed bag which made me a bit wary of what would happen once the vacuum seal was broken. Now whether by accident or design it started to slowly unroll itself accompanied by creaking and squeaking sounds as soon as the long edge of the box was cut open, at this point I was expecting an explosion and stood well back not wanting to be pinned to the wall. My imagination was running riot with visions of opening one of those 10 man inflatable dinghies inside a car. You then have to un-roll the the plastic wrapping as you push it away from you, this starts to make holes in the inner vacuum bag and it expands much more and lies fairly flat in side that inner bag. It is still quite compressed until you use the 'provided' safety tool to slit the bag fully open and remove it from the mattress. That it other than waiting the recommended 72 hours before laying on it, not really sure as to why it is that long but its something to do with the release of manufacturing fumes and allowing the memory foam to expand properly. After two days the mattress seemed solid enough and had reached its full height within about 20 hours, it does that almost immediately but after about a day the firmness increases. Overall the mattress looks really nice and size wise was perfect for my Double bed, it is a little soft near the outer edges as you sit on it (but I am a big guy) nice and firm once you are lying on it, not to hard and not too soft. I have no complaints so far about the comfort or quality and the price was good. I would recommend this mattress and don't forget to treat yourself to a new fitted sheet as these are a full 12" plus in depth so your existing sheets may not fit.

I’ve been needing a new mattress for a little while and eventually settled on this one and I couldn’t be happier. I’ve only had it a few days and it’s done me wonders, my sleeping and comfort has most definitely been better since having this mattress. Firstly, this mattress came super fast, it was delivered to me within 2 days of buying it and I was delighted, as well as it was very well packaged. The installation of the mattress was also very simple, it had very clear instructions given, just making it stress free from the get go. It inflated really fast, I left it to fully settle for about a day. However, it is quite heavy so I did need a little help with it. This mattress fit perfectly and is super comfortable. Initially from the look of it I thought it looked a little thicker than my usual mattress but it actually wasn’t. It has a great thickness and great springiness without it being too soft, too springy and too tough. The memory foam aspect just makes it even more comfortable to sleep on. I thought that changing mattresses I would need to give it a couple of days to get comfortable and get used to but this has helped my sleeping since sleeping on it. My only little problem with it was that once opening, it did have a little odor to it but that’s mostly inevitable from travelling and delivery. I also thought that with the springs the mattress would be noisy. To my surprise it isn’t. So far I’ve been super satisfied with it, I’ve been feeling more at ease and relaxed, it’s helped with my aches and back pain. I honestly think this mattress may hugely benefit my sleeping, hopefully it does! Great, super recommended

I’ve got a really bad back and my old mattress was making it so much worse waking so many times in the night ! I couldn’t afford the hefty priced well known brands , so done quite a lot of research and reading hundreds of reviews, I settled on this one with a brilliant affordable price tag especially with the voucher discount, received the next day . I slept on it that night as no choice could t sleep anywhere else and oh my god ! What a lovely very deep mattress ! Had the best nights sleep I’ve had in many many many months . It’s lovely and soft to sleep on like a nice cuddle , but also firm enough to support me and I’m a big lady ! I still suffer with back pain that’s no changed BUT I’m sleeping so well I’m not waking up all the time in pain i actually can not wait to get into bed at night now ! And I work 14.5 hour shifts so get exhausted but now I get up much easier . Reason 4 stars and not 5 is because I’ve only had it couple of weeks so I can’t say how it will be a couple of months or a year or two from now , but to be honest If it only does last a year I will just buy another one as affordable but fingers crossed lasts a good couple of years this is a honest review!
