They stayed on pretty well and worked like a charm, even at altitudes of 16,000 ft+. I replaced them every day for maximum performance. Had plenty to share with my group of 6 other people and still have tons left over. I also used altitude sickness pills and drank the tea they gave us, which helped a lot as well. These are an important item to save you from altitude sickness!

AMAZING!
3 of the 4 of us ended up needing these on a recent trip from KS to CO. I wore them as a preventative, fully expecting to get altitude sickness. My ears bothered me the first day but I kept them on and that was the only symptom I ever experienced and just the first day. My BF was not feeling well our first day we ventured into the mountains so he decided to give them a try and within the hour he felt much better. Our 8 year old began experiencing a headache driving around in the mountains so we put some on her and she had no issues the rest of our trip. My only complaint is that they don't stay on as well as I'd like. We did have to put new ones on after every shower or every time we went swimming. We had plenty so it wasn't a big deal. We will definitely be staying stocked up on these every trip!

These Patches Seem To Work!
We bought these Summit patches for our trip to Colorado and hiking in the Rockies and driving to the top of Pike's Peak. Though I was skeptical about whether they would work or not, now I think they do - yay! I've suffered from altitude sickness before, but for this trip, no problems. They're inconspicuous, easy to put on and take off. The only time one of the patches didn't stay on was because it was right where my jeans' fastener was and I probably accidentally loosened it. They may or may not work for you, but it's worth the try.

Works Very Well!
Perfect for attitude sickness when visiting Peru! My husband used these and stayed perfectly fine the entire time, and he always suffers from altitude sickness.

So easy to use!
We recently took a family trip to the Colorado mountains. I saw these and thought - Why not? I have been to the mountains before and have previously gotten headaches and felt very sluggish. NOT THIS TIME! These came in a box of 50 sets! Great value. My whole family tried them when we first began into Colorado. No headaches for anyone. They say they last up to 72 hours, but we were hiking and camping - dirty and sweaty, so they came off every night and new ones on the next day. My youngest son said the one on his neck felt a bit achy, so he only put one on his stomach which worked fine. I kept 2 on through the week and never felt sick or had any headaches - I was thrilled because I was able to enjoy every hike, every excursion, every day! These were so worth it!

Sadly did not help and difficult to keep them sticking on.
I wanted these to work so badly. We cleaned our skin and stuck them on exactly where the directiosn stated. However, jsut from sweating from the vehicle to the ski slopes, they woudl already fall off. One day it was too cold to sweat, and they still fell off. It took forwever too, to find the little sticker in our clothe with all the layers we had on between face masks, scarfs, jackets and long johns. The one or two times I succesfuly kept them on, and reaplying (mostly) I did not feel any different. Still had almsot vertigo altitute symptoms. But we cannot even get out mponey back. So if you want something with a money back gurantee, I would not pruchase this. We have not been able to get in touch with anyone who was helpful. Thus now my negative review.

Not sure if they helped didn’t feel great
I am not sure if the altitude patches helped. This was my first time using them. I’ve been to high altitude before (Tibet, Mexico City), and have acclimated after a couple days. This was a short trip (3 days) so I wanted some help. It didn’t get rid of the lack of energy and overall fitness (hiking was harder than normal, even on flat land getting up out of the tub was a struggle). But I didn’t feel any nausea or sickness. My husband for the most part felt fine but each day he did feel bad for a bit maybe an hour each day even with the patches (needed to sit, didn’t want to eat, had a headache despite having taken Advil), even though we were hydrated and had food. It wasn’t so bad that he was immobile but he just didn’t feel great. I think it helped with my general motion sickness because usually when I’m in a car on winding roads I don’t feel great and I had no problems with the mountain roads. So, it’s hard to know what it did. They stuck to us fine but I laid on my tummy in bed, so the one on the tummy rubbed off, and after a shower the one by my ear came off when I dried my hair. Since there are 50 of them, we just used a new set of patches each day. Maybe they helped, but definitely neither of us felt great or at even 75% of our usual energy/fitness.
