I bought this to help me focus more on work as i get distracted easily, but unfortunately, it didn’t do anything and I felt a little bit jittery towards the end of the day. Had to stop taking them. Won’t recommend from my experience. Hope this helps someone!

Ich leide, seit ich denken kann, unter einem sehr schlechten Gedächtnis. Konzentration viel mir schon immer schwer. Ich bin leicht ablenkbar und konzentriertes Arbeiten ist für mich echt eine Herausforderung. Ich weiss auch nicht, wie ich auf die Idee kommen konnte, dass Programmiere ein guter Beruf für mich wäre. These are a real game changer, I only take one a day as they are quite strong and I find 1 to be more than enough. My energy levels and focus have greatly improved. They are easy to take and kick in within 30 minutes. Will be buying more.
