I’m using the Swarn Jal Wireless Liquid Level Indicator for our overhead water tank and it works perfectly. Installation was simple and doesn’t require any wiring between the tank and the display unit, which is a big plus. The water level indication is accurate and updates in real time. The display is clear and easy to understand, even for elders at home. It helps avoid water overflow and dry running of the motor, saving both water and electricity. Build quality looks good and wireless connectivity is stable. Overall, a very useful product for any home with a water tank. Definitely worth the price and highly recommended 👍

I purchased this product in September 2025, and within just 4 months it started malfunctioning badly. It does not show the correct water level readings, and even the indicator lights stopped working properly. The biggest disappointment is the pathetic after-sales service. When I contacted the service centre, they first demanded a detailed video proof of the issue, and then asked me to courier the product all the way to their Haryana address for repair/replacement. There is absolutely no proper service support or local assistance. On top of that, customers are forced to bear multiple unnecessary expenses — installation charges initially, then de-installation charges, courier costs, and still there is no guarantee of quick resolution. Even after sending the product, they mentioned it could take 10+ days. Overall, this is a poorly built product backed by an extremely unprofessional and inconvenient service system. Completely disappointed with both the product quality and customer support. Not recommended at all.

I received the Swarn Jal Wireless Liquid Level Indicator in good condition. Installation was straightforward and the wireless range is impressive. All 4 level indicators, overflow and empty alarms are working accurately. Sensors are of good quality. Overall, a reliable and useful product for home water tank management ..

I have purchased this product and got an issue of non pairing of both devices. I attempted initial troubleshooting by replacing battery in transmitter unit, on unscrew the unit I found that this is a totally a gujad under patent myth. Further, the customer service is very tough to get access as there are multiple numbers and most of these numbers are non functional. Amazon is also a partner in crime as they are not sharing the actual contact details of brand company after closing of return window. Amazon is only interested in profit irrespective of service after sale assurance, the customer have right to have actual working contact details of brand company offering warranty. I have to ship the faulty product bearing shipping cost which is unethical and extra burden put on me by the brand company and amazon nexus. I am also sharing my chat with company. Please refer to it and keep distance from this company's product as they are highly over priced and poor in quality. It not value of many infact it is total westage of your hard earn money.

Nice Product. Using it for two years. Perfectly working till date. Even i didn't have to replace the battery of transmitter till now.

I’m extremely disappointed with this product. It completely stopped working after just 2 years of use. I even replaced the batteries thinking that might fix the issue, but it still didn’t work at all. On top of that, the transmitter is not waterproof as claimed, which makes it even more unreliable. Because of this poor build quality, it failed much sooner than expected. What’s even worse is the after-sales service. When I contacted support, they said the product is out of warranty and I have to pay for a new device. They didn’t even offer to repair it, which is completely unacceptable. Overall, this product is poor in quality and backed by pathetic service. I would strongly advise others not to buy it.

The signal of transmitter and the capability of receiver is excellent,it gives right alarm at the right time when the tank is full or empty plus I like the loud sound of the alarm system and the amount of time it sounds is too perfect, the led lights of different colours is good way of telling the different depths of water in the tank which can be easily operated even by an illiterate person if he knows that what colour is ment for what.. totally loved this creativity,it is also water proof ...
