Solid multi-vitamin that comes in individual packages for ease. Still looking into the quality, but most the ingredients are sourced from the U.S. from what I found so far. Worth a buy for sure.

Not much to say except a high quality company that carries a big reputation. The Price is Right and the box contains a little more than a one month supply. As always it's best to take with food. energy is good, no side effects to my knowledge, digestion is perfect and food is a great catalyst for optimal absorption.

Game changer for mental clarity and body health
I have been using this product for years. Is my pee neon? yes. But does it work? yes. Maybe it's placebo or maybe I really feel it, but on days when I am taking this, I feel energized, mental clarity is there, motivation to work, to be the best, it's all there. While all my friends are tired, I can keep going. I only take 1 packet a day instead of 2 but it's been really good. I stopped taking this for a year due to a bad influence in my life and I can tell you that getting back on it is a game changer for me.!
