Budget friendly
The product is budget friendly, weight is exact, good for beginners and looks good but the material may get worn out, quality of the product is not so good but still better at this price range.

Could improve durability
The PVC dumbbells were really good when I first got them — sturdy, comfortable grip, and quite useful for home workouts. However, over time I noticed that the material inside seems to have turned powdery. I suspect this happened because I placed them a bit harshly on the ground a few times, which might have caused some internal damage. Overall, they’re still functional and worth the price, but durability could be improved.

Imagine a Dumbbell filled with cement
It's very poorly made. Imagine a dumbbell is broken. You can see inside the cement. Not made of iron. It's made of very poor-quality PVC. It will damage the mat & floor. Do not buy it. Further, the seller doesn't provide a refund. Amazon should remove these products from its website.

Okay product
Price wise, it's good and does the job. But not the best when it comes to quality and durability. It is filled with sand and you can hear it while you workout. It will probably break if you drop it on the ground so handle with care. If you need it for exercises that need to hold it from the handle then it's good otherwise if you need the hold the side then it's probably risky. Also not suitable for over the head exercises. Plus it's not a proper 4kg, more like between 3-3.5kg.
