Gave anxiety & insomnia.
Only took Nu man pills for a few days. Increased my anxiety substantially within 24 hours. Unable to sleep either. Discontinued then straight away. If you're on meds- beware that it could clash... Is NOT eligible for Amazon returns either (tho I STILL cannot see this stated anywhere).
