It's got it all. First of all, it **works.** Your body knows right away when it's getting what it needs for hydration and cramps. Good electrolyte balance, great taste (lemon lime), no extraneous ingredients – just the basics. I do a quick shake with a little room temperature water before filling the bottle.Cheaper than Liquid IV or LMNT, and just as good if not better. The mango flavour was out of stock so i decided to try the lemon lime and it feels much more refreshing and obviously still has the amazing hydration effects you get from the product. It has changed my life for the better, I routinely start my mornings with a scoop and it has been AMAZING.
