We have an Average head connected to computers speakers using audio jack. Will these speakers work with it if we cable them correctly?

Not an expert here but a small number of speakers work fine. Down load the specification to determine how to hook-up. If many speakers you might need a amplifier. My mistake was buying really high quality speaker wire which was to think to work with.

Twice the size listed.

8" is not 4.5", it's just not.Nothing in the description says this is 8" across. NOTHING!Plus, it arrived late, and packed like you bought it used on EBay.Disappointed.
