I usually don’t write reviews but this product is awesome! We planned to use it for a Fourth of July camping weekend. We bought it a few days earlier and contacted Jackery support , they managed the way to expedite the shipping process and we got it on time for our trip. We used almost every weekend since them, always on camping. The first time we used only to plug a tower fan, it last the four days we were out. Not 24 hours, but most of the day, at least 16 hours in the hot Florida’s summer . After that we used to plug a 12000 BTU portable ac only at night time, and the fan together for two nights, three days trip. No need to recharge. The last time we plugged in a cooler/ refrigerator 24 hours for three days. Plus the AC and fan at night. When the spare battery was at 70% ,in a primitive campsite, I took the generator to recharge in about an hour it got to 70% and that was plenty for the rest of our trip. It would be nice if it comes with a cover. Great product, great costumer service. Don’t hesitate to buy.

We ate in love with pur Jackery's ! We ate in Hurricane state, and loss of power is normal here. We have 3 fridges and 2 huge freezers , and a portable , battery-powerstation is a life saver ! It runs fantadtic ! Charging speed is really fast ! We got ours at 20 % full and it was 100 % full in about 1.5 hrs ! We also have plenty sunshine here , so it's easy to te charge it on the patio ! I believe we got great value for our money ! I guess we are set now , currently we own about 9000 watt with 5 different sizes in Jackery's. They are also perfect for boon docking!" Recommend 100 %

Got the 4kwh system and it is impressive. The size allows closet storage and 3000w is good to power everything I would need in a pinch. This won't power your home but you'll be able to run a high powered fan and a fridge for a day without solar. Edit: Hurricane Milton Had a fan, deep freezer and regular fridge connected the entire time. Almost ran out of power because it was overcast the day after but once the sun came out I was running at a surplus

Receive error when charging with one solar panel that it came with. Its not every time but enough to become an annoying as we have to find some combo of restarting the device and unplugging several time for it to take input from the solar panel. It came with two panels - but error mostly happens when only one is used. Doesn't matter which panel. Doesn't matter if its full sun or partial. Same dam error keeps popping up. What makes it extra annoying is that when the error fired off it'll keep supplying power to what ever output you press the physical buttons for. BUT it will not work via the App once the solar panel input error fires. whack.

Love the security incase I lose power.

It's compact for what it does, but very heavy for me. The solar panels are floppy and awkward but effective. The aiming feature takes the guess work out of maximizing solar charging. The 2 200 watt panels are sure to disappoint in all but the strongest summer sunlight. You will quickly run out of charge in extended inclement weather. It will require intelligent power usage management in every situation. Nonetheless, excellent quality and warranty and customer service by telephone.

I hate writing negative reviews, but this is more than earned. These days we're all used to poorly written instructions, but this came with almost no setup instructions, and it is very hard to get support. On the initial shipment, one of my cables was bad. They asked for a video, which I provided, and they sent me another one. Once up and running, although the advertise 400 watts, I have never seen anything above 250w in direct sun at high noon on a SC summer day. And NOW, I have had it in storage charging off the AC mains for most of it's life. I went to check on it since the ice storms will be coming, and the charge was 0% on both the generator and add-on battery. The display showed an error code of F0. I attempted to open a ticket with Jackery, but when I hit the SUBMIT button, the website froze. So just over a year, I am stuck with a solar generator that does not hold a charge, and a company - Jackery - that is impossible to work with. I've come to learn that an F0 indicates a problem with the BMS (Battery Management System). The generator has been set aside for emergencies because we have medical equipment that needs power 24x7. It has never been used, but is now unusable. There are enough horror stories about Jackery online that I do not have to pile on. It is a lot of money and at very least, a gamble. The support at Jackery is non-existent, and reviews online show that therre is too often a need for support on their sub-par equipment. Proceed with caution and do your research.
