Tasty, good texture for donburi
Sushi rice isn't really a thing....it's just short grain rice that becomes sushi rice when mixed with mirin and vinegar etc. Short grain rice is hard to find in the supermarket these days, pudding rice and risotto rice are slightly different. anyways this seems to be good quality, with a good texture and taste.

We love this sushi rice and regularly have it with salmon and poke bowls. I find it relatively easy to cook. Hard to find in supermarkets.
