Definitely improves appearance of bulge if you get the right size, almost too much, but for how comfortable they are, I’m not complaining. Super comfy and the perfect amount of room, but it pushes everything out front an absurd amount. Wouldn’t be remotely appropriate to wear around anyone except my wife. If they made some with the same size, but put everything not so “rocket ship” out in front of me for a nice bulge that wasn’t obscene, I’d buy them. These mostly collect dust.

Functionality wise, having full seat coverage and a separate place in front to keep from #1 being smashed, #2 sat on, and #3 no air flow between inner thigh makes all the difference. Moisture wicking wise, I can go throughout my day with no notice of wearing underwear. Quality wise, they have held up to washing over the last year and look like new. They are worth a try.
