I really love this silken soft tofu. One of the best things about it is that it’s shelf-stable, so you can keep it in the pantry instead of needing to store it in the fridge right away, which makes it very convenient.The shelf life is excellent, and the size is just right for making desserts. I especially use it for making the Filipino dessert called “Taho,” and the texture works perfectly for it.It has a smooth, soft consistency and is very easy to work with. Overall, this is a great product to have on hand, and I definitely recommend it if you’re looking for a versatile tofu with long shelf life and great texture.
