I like the texture and ease of use. The cooling sensation lasts way longer than Biofreeze, though. I find that it will probably provide more benefits in the summer time than during the winter. In the cold months, I found that the cooling sensation kept me unable to settle down to sleep because my feet and joints were freezing for such a long period of time. So, I do recommend Stop Pain for immediate injuries or to provide joint relief during the warm months of the year because it is a great product.
