Good product, serves the purpose
Noise cancellation is very good, no doubt about it. Sound quality is good for meeting, not for Media. The cushions given are small and not comfy. Ears starts paining after a 20 - 30 mins of usage.

Good one : Using since July 2023
Have been using this since July 2023 regularly for office work. Very good with MS Teams. Good sound no issues so far

I am getting a better voice quality after I using 3mm jack to C type connector
Guys the quality has improved after using it with a connector 3m jack to C type. It gives fair quality of voice via laptop. While I was using it directly with 3mm jack the voice quality was not rich. So I am improving it's rating now

Suitable for office use
Ideal for office usage. You can listen and participate in conversations in calls and in person at the same time. You are aware of surroundings.

The person on the other side is not able to hear the background noise from our side. Recommended for people working in Call centers or IT companies when there is usually noise from the surrounding people.

Not worth the price and inadequate ENC feature
Not sturdy, but may work for4-6 months of usage. The headband is not easier to adjust and all plasticky body. Not useful for music, as the audio has surround effect and breaks with voluming up very badly. Ok for teams call, but it is not certified and the ENC or noise cancellation feature is not shown by Teams app. Not value for money, as too high cost for quality of headset. Ear cushions not good for long / daily usage ans easily attract dust and oils. Does not smell though. Top of headband has some thick cushion which is not at all useful for comfort. Headband must be adjusted in hand and not over head, as hair easily trap underneath. Sufficient size and not a concern there, but the shape after size increased is not good for ear cushion, painful after 15+ minutes of use then. There is no proper packaging and no carry case/box even of cardboard. Simple plastic bag delivered. One year Old stock as per the date of import. Cannot recommend due to quality, ease of use/comform and high price. The ENC feature is not working satisfactorily. All voices of others captured by mic even from 6 feet and through a wall too.
