It takes a couple weeks to really see difference, but it’s been amazing for gut balance. I think it’s made night sweats more mild as well but that part could take longer.

I have been having hot flashes and night sweats, so I thought I would order Nouri Daily Menopause Probiotic with Resveratrol and try it. It has some great ingredients; I researched them before I ordered it. It has: Resveratrol - It helps with estrogen metabolism and may reduce menopause symptoms like hot flashes and night sweats. Also good for heart and brain health. Probiotics - It's for gut health is tied to hormone regulation, digestion, mood, and even immunity. During menopause, hormone shifts can throw everything out of whack, so probiotics can help stabilize things. Botanical Extracts - To reduce inflammation, improve circulation, and help your body cope with stress and hormonal changes. I have been taking it for a little over a week; however, sometimes, I miss a day here and there. I've noticed a difference in my hot flashes. I felt like I was getting them all the time, and I still get them here and there, but not like I was. I'm going to keep taking it and try not to miss any days because that will help a lot. I would say this is definitely worth a try for you. I will update after I've taken them a little bit longer, but so far I would say GOOD.

I’ve been taking Nouri Menopause Health Probiotic for a few weeks now, and I’m amazed at the difference it’s made. I used to experience 30 or more hot flashes a day, but since I started using this product, the frequency has dramatically decreased. Not only are they less frequent, but the hot flashes that do occur don’t last as long. I’m so relieved to find something that helps manage this aspect of menopause finally. I highly recommend Nouri to anyone struggling with hot flashes or other menopause symptoms. I have been taking them for about 6 months, and I noticed a decrease in my hot flashes after about a week of taking them. Now I did not got from 30 a day to down to less than 10 a day after 7 days. Each day of taking the pills I noticed that they were not happening so many times and they were less bothersome. I still have probably 5 to 10 a day now, and most of the time, they do not bother me, but at least twice a day, I still have really strong ones that make me stop and take a few minutes to gather myself. I also do wake up at night dripping wet, but I do still get hot when sleeping to where I throw the covers off me for a few minutes, but I am able to go right back to sleep. They are not keeping me awake, so I am definitely getting better sleep. I recommend at least giving them a try because some relief is better than continuing to suffer. I’ve been using the Daily Nouri Menopause Probiotic for about a week now, and I’ve definitely noticed some positive changes. The combination of probiotics, resveratrol, and Ahiflower omega oil seems to have a good effect. I feel a bit more balanced and energetic, which is a huge relief during this phase of life. The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that it's one pill a day, so it’s simple to incorporate into my routine. While I haven’t had a drastic reduction in hot flashes yet, I do feel like the night sweats have been more manageable. The only reason I’m not giving it a full 5 stars is that I haven’t felt a huge shift in my mood yet, but maybe that will come with continued use.
