There isn't another factory stereo interface that could actually make an aftermarket stereo work in that vehicle...period. The nice thing, though, is that, I think when I get rid of the truck, I can pull the interface and use it in something else and, at worst, just change the manufacturer harness, so that's good.... Review: Just ok - The product did make my amplifier compatible, but not my steering wheel controls. The only SWC that was programmable was 1 for volume up or down (whichever I chose). I had a highly qualified engineer helping with the install and I called the support team. They were nice, but all they could tell me was since I didn’t have a stereo that was one they have the specs on, I could try to flash the unit using a generic stereo option I believe it was pioneer 2009 and newer. After hours of troubleshooting and trying different wire configurations, nothing worked! If it wasn’t for my amplifier I would’ve sent the unit back. Way too expensive to only get partial usage. I would only recommend it you’re using this interface with a stereo brand recognized on their website. Configured it on my computer, connected the wiring harness together, and plugged everything from my head unit into, worked perfectly the first time.
