I have a lot** A: Very effective. Encountered deep bruises on my rib cage from a fall. I didn't crack, break or fracture any ribs but the muscles and tendons around the ribs had severe contusions. My brother suggested I try Absorbine Veterinary Liniment. I was taken back by the name but he assured me that it worked on humans. I ordered it from Amazon. I used it daily twice a day. Within in a week the pain had subsided and the swelling decreased. By the end of a three (3) week period there was no pain or swelling.
