This is a really sturdy, well protected folder that comes with various divisions inside, My only complaint is that the ziper can feel nard to open sometimes, though it’s not really a big deal imo as it does keep the files very safe. I can’t tell if this is part of the fire protection aspects of the folder either, so that might be why it feels tough to open it. Still, a very good folder to keep your files/documents organized. It comes with stickers to help with labeling.

Wonderful to hold important papers and documents

After 2 weeks the inside zipper is already broken. Thankfully the main zipper is still working. It has been helpful to hold our documents during our travel. Edit: I did change my rating from 3 to 5 stars because of the customer service! I don't want a refund since the folder still functions properly and I like how much it holds. It would be nice if the inside zipper works, but it's not a deal breaker for me. I do feel like the outside zipper will last.

This file folder with zipper is a good firm document binder. Its sturdy and strong and the documents are accessible, and can be easily marked. The size and structure of this folder is a bit bulky and it feels heavy. The exterior is water resistant and secure.
