Why does this have a purchase limit? I only ordered 4 bottles

Count yourself lucky, I've had this on subscription since July and have recieved NOT ONE SINGLE BOTTLE!!!

Anyone know if the use by date is good for June 2022 please?don't want to risk a limited use by date with such a big amount
