This is one of the most powerful black seed oils on the market. I've tried others. I bought it for the health benefits of thymoquinone; a known antioxidant. There are other constituents that are good for health. The taste is sharp - much sharper than other black seed oils which is evidence of how raw it is. That's what I wanted; the real thing! Other black seed oils do not taste as powerful as this. The taste is not problem for me because it easily is taken away by consuming a slice of toast, or having a meal. It's also grainy with very tiny remnants of black seed after the pressing process of extraction of the oil. That is also proof of how raw it is. One can avoid the graininess by not shaking the bottle. Anyways I wanted the full thing so I always shake the bottle to get it real and pure. I don't expect to 'feel better' for taking this oil because it works on the inside of the body. I can't feel it doing any antioxidising, obviously. So for me, I got the real thing at a good price and I'm happy with that. As long as price stays nice, I'll be a repeat customer.

I have only been taking this a short while so not sure of any benefits yet. The taste is like cumin (like you would get in a curry) but there is a distinct aftertaste to it which is not pleasant, and I can understand how people might liken it to a petrol type taste. It comes very well packaged in a glass bottle and in an additional canister so very well packaged. I will continue to take this and see if there are any benefits for me.

Brought more than once great value for money

This is medicine for me, I have struggled with my digestion for most of the last 20 years, I’m on a very restricted diet ant I can’t deviate from but even then I’d have some flair ups; black seed oil has changed all of that, I have a tablespoon before each meal and without getting into too much detail o actually look forward to my morning bathroom visits, I’m still on a pretty restrictive diet but a few treats here and there doesn’t mess me up half as much. I’ve tried a more expensive brand but this works brilliantly for me and tastes about the same.. thank you for this wonderful product 🙏🏽

Geschmacklich und sonst gut verträglich. Ins Müsli gegeben sind ein bis 2 Esslöffel ganz gut. Bei guter Gesundheit ist man schon mal bisher 73 geworden........weiter so.

I take it every morning on a empty stomach before I eat anything. The taste is mild and has a nice scent. I recommend this product it's a good value for the money.
