Shade&Beyond 90% Shade Cloth

Utilized as exterior window shades for large bank of south facing windows. Pleasantly surprised, provides excellent reduction in solar heating while being somewhat transparent allowing views of exterior. Well made with grommets and no frayed or uneven edges. Yet to be determined how long they will last in direct sun and wind but far less expensive option than full interior shades or other exterior options. Came with a ton of connection options which I did not utilize (purchased screw in latch hooks) but nice to have the bungee cords and a ton of zip ties for other uses.

This is the right price for the right product. This sun shade provides great sunshade even in the Texas heat. The color is perfect, a mix or dark brown and black. Very easy to install with the items that are included. I've had in for over 1 year in the Texas glaring sun and it still looks new so it looks like it will be very durable for a few years. Must buy.

I ordered this for my patio because the Sun here in South Central Texas will bake my plants! Last year I utilized one of those stretchy Greenhouse type shades which worked but eventually tore because I had to stretch it around the top edges of my patio fence in order to secure it. This year I went with this pergola cover. I ordered it in a 6x16, because my patio is 8x16 and the attaching it to the balcony above me I didn't need it quite eight feet width. However, It's actually closer to 17 ft long because it would have overlapped onto my neighbor's patio. So the loose Edge I had to fold under. That is my only complaint about it! I secured it using eye hooks and stainless steel Carabiner clips. That way it's easy to take down and put up. Now I've seen some reviews on this type of product where people say that the eyelets tear. Keep in mind this is NOT a stretchy Greenhouse type material. It is meant to be pulled snug/tight but NOT, and I repeat NOT STRETCHED or you will tear the eyelets! I'm very happy with this cover, and it looks way better fit to the exact size of my patio instead of being stretched over the edges on the outside. UPDATE: so I believe it’s been a little over two years since I purchased this Pergola cover to shade my patio. It is withstood rain storms, and 50 mile an hour winds. It even made it through hurricane barrel without so much as any type of damage whatsoever. If you install it right and don’t overstretch it it will last you a long time. Great investment for the money and does the job exactly as intended.

Bought this to create a Sunshade for our air conditioner units. Very good quality, well made, the bungees included were good quality and it works perfectly. It does allow some water and air flow through, which was perfect for my needs, but be aware if you want a waterproof environment. I had a retired landscaper helping me and he said it was better quality than what They used to use! Definitely a great buy.

This shade cloth is true to size at 5x10. It is lightweight to work with. We like that it came with laces and zip ties. We used the laces in a temporary set up so we could adjust the shade, getting it taunt, and then put in the zip ties. The cloth color is black and brown. The edges are reinforced and the grommets were intalled well. This provides good shade with filtered light and it appears it would let water through. It is not a plastic tarp. This is a good value for the money.

We had a sudden hot weather and our chickens were practically roasting in their coop with their winter greenhouse style cover. I came online and searched for a solution that would provide them shade as well as air flow. The reviews, quality, and price on this one looked great. It arrived the next day and my husband had it up in no time at all. It fits our coop perfectly. It has brought the temperature down significantly during this heatwave. The girls are happier and no longer halfway to the dinner table. This is an excellent quality product and I highly recommend it.

Easy to install. The 8x10 was the perfect size for my needs. This keeps the debris from neighboring trees out of my seating area. Also good sun relief but still lets some sun through.
