Pretty good end tables
I bought two of these and the first one I put together must’ve been an older version because the screws did not really screw in to their slots as well as I expected. After complete assembly, it was a bit wobbly. Definitely have to be very careful and pay attention to the instructions as they are not as definitive as they need to be. Second one came with much better quality screws, and I was able to put it together quite easily. Much more sturdy than the first one. These are the right heights and they take up minimal space. They are conservative in looks and the woodgrain even though it’s fake looks quite nice. They function quite well for what they were made for. Not a bad investment for the money.

Surprisingly sufficient
Con:particle boardthin gauge metalslightly smallslight awkward assembly at the endPros:fairly sturdyeasy to assemble apart from the above-mentioned Consimple instructionsunit complete as advertisedall tool includedStarting with the Cons. This is Chinese particle board. It's not real wood. The leg material is metal but thin. My guess is thin gauge steel of some sort. It is coated with black paint. This unit was smaller than I had expected which could be a Pro depending on what you are looking for. If you want an end table for a low chair or couch it will be sufficient. It would fit very well in a small apartment to add outlets, USB, and efficient storage space. Finally, the assembly was straightforward part from the final two shelves. I'd recommend having a small box or an assistant to hold the shelves as they are screwed in place. For one person this part can be awkward and fatiguing if you have poor upper body strength. Now on to the good. For such a small end table it is surprisingly sturdy. Included are some screw-in adjustable end caps for the legs which make this much nicer for wood, or tile floors. The instructions are in total about 10 steps. I mentioned in the cons it is made of Chinese particle board which is true however I was also surprised by the finish on the parts. usually, there are blown-out cornersor rough router marks but this was finished fairly well. I hate that my expectations are so low that I was surprised by that but the finish on this particular piece was quite nice. They even added a miter cut for the drawer bottom so the electronics cable could be routed without additional fitting. The until came with all the necessary parts but more importantly, it also was exactly like the picture.Again, I hate that in today's world I have to write that but it is true. The outlets sit where they are shown in the picture, the size is estimated as close as possible, and overall if your expectations are correct for an$80 end table then you will not be disappointed. The last thing that I'll mention about the pros is that all tools are included. The only two tools I needed were a knife for opening packagingand at the end one of the foot didn't want to screw in so I had to use a pair of pliers to get it past a manufacturing defect in the tapping. Beyond that, you only need the included Allen wrench and a Phillipsscrewdriver. The one included is a nice size too. IT was study and fit the small screws exactly. There were only 8 screws so this was a bonus for anyone not in possession of a Phillips screwdriver. You might keep it for a while to use around the house.Overall I gave this 5 stars. I only took one star away from sturdiness as I have no idea how sturdy it will stay in the future. The long Allen head screws seem to be well placed in the particle wood. The question will be the wood as the screws seem well suited for the job.If the wood holds up then this would be 5 out of 5 for sturdy again with the understanding this is a light-duty end table made of particle board. It's a step up from Ikea but not by much. I wouldn't sit on it but you'll be ok to put a lamp, computer, coffee, and a small house plant. If the cat jumps upwith all that it may become sketchy. At this time I'd recommend the product. It is doing the job I bought it for and I'm overall happy with the fit and construction for the price. If the quality were to be less then I'd price this much lower. Since there was some attention to detail I'd say it's priced about right. Anywhere between $50-80 would be correct and a good buy.

Smaller than Expected
The first think I noticed when I received these at my door was how small the box was. It was fairly heavy but small. I opened it to find a neatly packaged product with foam protection. The instructions are well written and no tools are needed as they are supplied. If you have ever assembled anything from the big box "I" store you are familiar with the process. There are only two sizes of screws provided in these kits so it is easy to find the parts needed. All parts are well labeled and match the instructions. Follow them and you will have no problem. The outlet panel on the back has two 120 AC outlets and two USB charge ports. This is a nice touch. I do wish the power cord was a couple of feet longer. If you don't place these tables within about 30 inches of a power outlet, you will need an extension cord. My only other concern is that these tables are very narrow. I would prefer a couple of more inches to provide more table top space. These are particle board tables so beware! Do not leave your favorite beverage sitting atop these tables as the condensation will soon leave you cursing! Use coasters religiously with these tables. I do like the hide away space. The lid tilts up to access the hidey-hole which may be a concern if you have a lot of items sitting on top of it. I would have liked to see some rubber bumpers under the lid so when you close it down you don't get that wood to wood clunk. Overall I'm impressed with the design, fit, and finish of these tables. I think they would work well as a bedside table. They are not "fine furniture" but then again, they don't have a "fine furniture" price on them. They are a table. great for small items or maybe to sit in a corner with some plants on it. Check the measurements closely before ordering and understand what you are buying.Pros: well made, easy to assemble, outlets on the back, comes with tools, comes with one each extra screws.Cons: narrower than I would prefer, longer cord needed, rubber bumpers under lid would be nice.

Perfect end table
Perfect size, nice looking, good, simple directions to assemble it. Sturdy. Love it.

Yep, they’re PERFECT!
Love our tables by our chairs. Charger for phone and ear buds. Electric outlet for lamp, etc. Great weight, yet not heavy. Top opens halfway for remotes or books. The finish is very nice, and they are easy to put together. Just what we were looking for. Price was perfect. And the perfect size. You won’t be disappointed.

Surprisingly good quality for the price
I was so surprised at the quality of ths inexpensive little night stand. Easy to assemble. Every joint and screw fit perfectly. No parts missing. The veneer over the particle board pieces looks like real wood in the natural color I ordered. Very pleased.

Works great--but now I have tendinitis
We're getting shutters and losing the bit of storage area on the window sill I've been using. I looked for a table to fit in this small space. Ideally something that had a bit of easy-to-access storage for books and what not. This one is working out great for me. I enjoy the flip top storage. I don't have much to store, but it gets it all hidden. The USB power is perfect for devices that don't require fast charging. The power is perfect for plugging in a fast charger! It was easy to put together. Just some screws and Allen wrench bolts. The hardest part was taking the stickers off that showed which piece was which. But later that week…I'm 59 years old at the time of assembling this little guy. It only has 12 Phillips head screws and it's not like they were tough to screw in or anything. But, I did it on the kitchen table, it was moving about, I used my non-dominant hand, and a few days later, boy did it hurt. I ended up going to the doctor and she's like, "Yep, you've got tendinitis". Make sure you are either young and indestructible (yes, you kids!) or you do it ergonomically sound. In fact, even you kids best do that! Next time something like this shows up, I'll use a drill with screwdriver and hex attachments so I don't strain my hands. Weeks later, my hand still hurts but I still like the table!

Useable but the storage is annoying
Easy to put together, looks good, color is correct, and is well built, but the drawer is hard to access unless you keep everything to one side.
