I LOVE these bannetons! I have a set of the round ones also.. the quality is amazing! I've returned so many others from being paper thin and just - awful products... I will buy these again and again and again. It may seem expensive but they hold up well and are worth every cent! Super easy to clean, overall light weight but durable!!! and are so attractive.

I'm a beginner to baking sourdough bread. I expected the kit would have a recipe for how to make starter. There wasn't one and I contacted the seller and was immediately sent a recipe on how to make a starter. I had to contact the seller a couple of times and each time they responded within 24 hours. The customer service support is outstanding; far better than other companies I have encountered. Ok, now for the product. I found the quality of everything in this kit wonderful. I had no problems with anything in the kit.(If I am allowed to say this to beginners:Google Fannie Loves Food is a great video tutorial for beginners from step one until the bread comes out of the oven)
