I got these stakes in 7 inch length which turned out to be too short for my needs (my fault, not theirs) so I went to Academy and got a 4 pack of identical 9 inch Coghlan brand stakes $2.50 (price equivalent to $5 for 8 Coghlan stakes vs. $15.50 for 8 of the 9 inch stakes like this). I have used both and cannot tell the difference. Seriously, they are clones of each other in all respects other than the color: same design, same dimensions (other than length) and as far as I can tell, the same material. Oh, and the Coghlan stakes even come with nylon cord already tied in a loop on each stake for easier pulling - I had to tie my own cord on the 7 inch ones of these. Personally, I wouldn't waste my money on these when you can get identical stakes for 1/3 the price.
