Sena Motorcycle Bluetooth Communication System with HD Audio and Advanced Noise Control

This is ok. The piece that connects the headphone/mic wires to the actual Sena device does not have the clip that holds it in securely. It keeps falling out. It's is a temporary fix if you can't find a better one. I'd advise another with the clip that holds it securely if you can get it.

We have two SMH5 radios that the wife and I normally use on our HJC Symax III helmets, but occasionally I take her cousin for rides, and she prefers my old HJC 3/4 helmet. I bought the clamp kit to permit swapping the radio between the wife's and the 3/4 so that we can communicate on rides. The new Sena software (for the radio) really knocks out wind noise, and makes these even better.

Exactly what it says, replacement headset/mic for the Sena SMH5. Ordered this for my son's second helmet, we now have headsets in all 4 of our helmets (2 dirt, 2 street) and just pop the SMH5 off and on as needed. No need to pull headphones and worry about installing them when changing bikes.

This works great. I order one of these for every helmet I have. I definitely prefer this mic over the boom microphone when you conceal it within a helmet.

I purchased the SMH5-0302 kit to add the functionality of the SMH5 to my new Shoei full face helmet. It works perfectly and I can now swap the SMH5 head to the helmet of choice. The price was right, too.

For full faced helmets then wired mic is so much more desirable. The mic fits inside the front cheek pad near the mouth and is never in the way like a boom mic is.

One of the speakers doesn't work and the sound quality is very poor, with a lot of static in the background. I'm exchanging it in hope it's just a faulty unit like the Sena rep stated. However, I have another one with static as well...
