Very pleased with the purchase so far. I was expecting 30 minutes grappling under my desk to access the USB Ports on the rear of my desktop adding a USBA unifier dongle so was very pleasantly surprised to see connection to both keyboard and mouse is directly via bluetooth. The build quality seems good and both keyboard and mouse loaded without any issues. Adding a laptop and mobile on the other 2 channels were also both equally straight forward. I had both keyboard and mouse controlling 3 devices in less than 15 minutes. Keyboard action feels very comfortable, the key action is positive and very quiet and the mouse has a positive feel. On line 2 year warranty response from Arteck within 2 working days with the offer of a full 5 year warranty. My only criticism if I am nit picking is the font size of the instructions is very small. A link to an on line PDF instruction sheet that could be zoomed in would be helpful for those with older eyes!

I am typing this out using the keyboard while on the bus to college. Keyboard and mouse works for both my phone VR headset and laptop, both are comfortable to use and quite convenient as the keyboard is quite lightweight while still having all the full sized keys and an extremely long battery life. I am loving the bluetooth switching capabilities. The keyboard isn't especially quiet, but it's perfectly acceptable for my needs, even in a public space. The mouse on the other hand is very quite when clicking. Not sure how long they will last, but seems well made.

Purchased as was looking for a slim profile keyboard and mouse set that was straight Bluetooth as opposed to needing a USB dongle to use it/them. The keyboard and mouse have three Bluetooth profiles so you can use the same set across different devices just by selecting the Bluetooth profile on the keyboard or mouse. Keyboard is reasonably quiet but not the quietest. Good key spacing and feels sturdy when using. Mouse is very quiet and a good shape and has side buttons for browser back and forward control. The bad is the bottom right of the keyboard under the numbers is bowed out for some reason. Not transport damage as no marks on the box and it was delivered box in a box so assume came from the factory like it. The Num Lock light does not light up but Num Lock does work. The power light comes on only for a couple of seconds and then goes off. The only indicator to tell you the keyboard is on/has power is the Bluetooth light which is always on (as it should be). Amazon offered a full refund, but as this is my only keyboard set at the moment and none of these issue seems to affect the usage of the set, will not bother to return.

Quick and easy to connect to devices, and then switch between the devices with a single key press or (for the mouse) button click. I regularly switch between two laptops (one is for work), and this is far superior to my previous solution: moving two USB dongles from one laptop to another every time I switched. No latency or disconnecting at all so far. As for typing, the keys have a nice weighting and feel and it all feels like high quality materials and functionality. The mouse is also smooth and quiet. Only slight issue was on one laptop (the other was fine), I had to increase the cursor speed to the max to achieve a (pretty moderate) speed that was acceptable to me. Not sure why. Overall a great buy though.

I originally left a 1-star review due to persistent connection failures that made the keyboard unusable in daily work. The device would drop connection mid-use across all three Bluetooth channels, even with no competing devices. In practice, this made it unreliable for meetings and prolonged use, which is not acceptable for a primary input device. After several months with no response, I replaced it with an alternative and wrote it off as a loss. Following my review, the seller contacted me and provided a replacement unit. The replacement is not Bluetooth and is a lower-cost model, although otherwise similar. That action is the reason for revising this review. In terms of hardware, the keyboard itself is well designed. The build quality is solid, key travel is comfortable, and the layout and ergonomics are good for extended use. When functioning correctly, it is a very good keyboard. However, the delay in support matters. This is a core work tool. A failure like this needs rapid resolution, not weeks of inaction. The replacement also does not match the original specification or value. Revised rating: 3 stars

EDIT - I contacted the company and they are sending me a new mouse. Good customer service. Nice keyboard, unfortunately the mouse wheel makes a very annoying noise.

For the first 14 months everything was great, stable connectivity, easy to set up, long battery life, slim and sleek and ok value for money. Sadly, out of the blue, multiple keys on the keyboard stopped working (a s d f j k l). The keyboard is essential for my work so this is particularly frustrating. Fortunately, it's within the 24 month warranty, I've reached out to them regarding this, but no response so far. Edit: They got back to me and gave me a full refund, purchased another set as it was so good while it worked. Hoping it was a manufcterer fault.

The Arteck Universal Keyboard and mouse is one of the few items out there that delivers exactly as advertised! It is quiet, responsive, and has the look and feel of other higher end combos. What sets this one apart is the multi-device aspect. If you are like me and switch between a personal laptop, work laptop, and tablet; this device will seamlessly connect to each device with just the push of the button and will do that on the fly. I utilize this setup with a mobile office that allows for me to be on the go and only carry the essentials. This combo works with all of my essentials. I highly recommend it.

Worked great for two years then lost pairing. The support team was very helpful in getting them to pair again. I love this Bluetooth keyboard and mouse, that can pair to 3 different computers at the same time, but only use one at time.

Windows11、Windows10、Mint Linuxの3台に使いたくて購入。Mouseは、いずれも問題無く接続。一方でKeyboardは、Mintに接続できず。色々試した結果、接続できてもキー入力に反応無し。更に調べると『フレームがどの"connection handle"セッションからも外れています』とのエラーメッセージを発見。原状はここまで。PCがBT4.0でKeyboardがBT5.1なのが原因なのか？2.4MHzUSBトングルなら接続可能なのか？Ubuntuでも、この状況は変わりません。 使い勝っては悪くないけれど、FunctionキーがFn＋になっており、日本語変換の時に少し面倒です。 それと接続先の選択キーが、Mouse・Keyboardの何れも表側にあるのは使いやすいと思います。 と色々課題はありますが、机の上に3台のKeyboardとMouseを並べて使うことを思えば、悪い選択ではないと思います。

The bluetooth connection is very good. And the keyboard is much comfortable to type, enough gap between each keys. Mouse is comfortable to hold, easy to switch. I like it
