Review: Great little jug - Always read the description! We bought this to replace our previous OXO which had given years of good service and was delight to use. It did not however survive a 2m fall onto floor tiles, the handle snapped off. The new one is just as good but unlike it's predecessor's 1 Litre capacity has a capacity of 500 millilitres - always read the description!!! Its still a good measuring jug and we don't miss the larger capacity as much as we thought we would. We have a number of OXO utensils and gadgets all are very well made with a thought through design that make them very functional and comfortable and easy to use.

## Questions & Answers

**Q: is this microwaveable**
A: As of today, Oct 16, 2014, the tag on the cup I just bought at BB&B (where turnover would be high) says it is microwave safe. However, this morning when I checked the website, it only listed dishwasher safe.  I think they've had too many complaints of microwave problems.

**Q: Does this product have cups and ml  (as pictured) or cups and oz?**
A: It has all three...cups and ounces are on that "oval shaped indicator" and on the sides going straight up and down are "ml....oz"

**Q: Does the angle design prevent use of a small whisk or fork to mix ingredients inside the cup?**
A: A small whisk or fork could be used but I always whisk or blend my ingredients beforehand, then measure - I love this measuring cup!!

**Q: How do you remove the sticker off the bottom?  Its stuck on poorly but also impossible to peal off?  The pictures don't have a sticker on the bottom.**
A: You can spray rubbing alcohol on it and let it soak.

Not much to say -- works very well; the top-visible markings are very convenient, as having both metric and cup measurements. Comfortable grip as well. Definitely worth the money. I've had it in a dishwasher several times and there's no visible wear, but of course the real test for that is 10 years from now (-
