My measurements were 23.25 inches and the XL-2XL fits perfect. Just tight enough so that it doesn’t risk a good breeze blowing it off but not so tight that it feels like it will cause headaches or leave a line on your forehead. Hat stretches just enough when putting it on to feel comfortable and unnoticeable when wearing it. I was nervous about the depth of the hat from some of the reviews but this one fits just above the ears without touching them. Just the way I prefer a hat to fit. Doesn’t affect my glasses at all. Hat came pre curved which is risky but whoever molded this one did it spot on. Hat is fairly light weight and will be great for 3 season MidWest weather. Will work in the winter for keeping wind off your head but don’t expect this to be a snow hat.
