These hats are some of the best, especially if you consider the low price point. I've got a 7 5/8" melon and it fits me just fine. I love the look, and it's adjustability. I don't have a clue how durable it is (I guess comparing to other hats) but think you'll get your money's worth out of it. In fact I've purchased a total of four now, not knowing how long they will be available. The colors and pictures are accurate.

Nice cap but runs very big, so I gave it to someone

I have been wearing this cap for 3 summers now. I have washed it by hand with liquid detergent and a scrub brush, and it still looks OK, but not as good as it did, so I have decided it is time for another one exactly like the first one. I will keep the first one for everyday, and just wear the new one when I want look clean. I see the complaints here about the upper part of the cap being loose and baggy. I am pretty sure the people doing the complaining must have small heads. I don't have a small head. For non-adjustable hats, a 7 5/8ths will usually fit me, but for some hats I need a 7 3/4ths. And I should say that I live in Western Oregon, where it almost never gets over 80, so this hat might not have enough ventilation for a very warm climate. And I said above I have been wearing it for 3 summers, but actually I wear it all year except for the rainy season. A waterproof hat is essential for the rainy season around here. My only complaint about this cap is that it does not come in enough colors, so I will stick with the khaki, since it is light enough to stay cool, but dark enough not to show it too much when it starts to get dirty.

I will most likely keep the hats that I purchased however aside from the black one, the colors, and in particular the texture that is depicted in the images don't represent the actual color. I would go so far as to say that the images don't look like the hat at all. I have no complaints about the hat or the material, the price is right and I would purchase the black one again, however the hats that are shades of gray look faded and "denim like" in the images and they are definitely just one solid color instead of the ruggedized look depicted. In fact, the actual color is almost shiny or silky. Since I like my hats to look drab and dull, this is probably going to prevent me from wearing the gray ones at all.
