Can believe I went so long without this, I wear it everyday while weight training and it helps so much protecting my rings and stops my finger from getting pinched, I don't even notice its there, very happy with it.

It fits snug at first but I decided to leave it around something a bit thicker than my finger to stretch out for about 2-3 days and now it fits great (Chapstick for example). My rings range from a size 6 - 6.75. So I got size 6. I didn’t want to chance getting a size 7 in the event that it would slide around at the gym or during anything else. So if you’re between sizes because of reviews, I would get what would be closest to your ring size and if need be, stretch it out yourself. I do think this piece of silicone is pricey for what it is (which is why I reduced this review by one star). But I liked the shape the best out of all the silicone ring protectors on the market.
