I typically use 3/4 gallon of apple juice as a base then add in Knudsen Cran-pomegranate or blueberry to deepen the flavor. I use between 1 1/2 - 2 cups of sugar depending on how sweet I want it to be, then let sit in a warm dark closet for 7 days to ferment. My family and friends love it when I bring my homebrew to parties, so I can highly recommend brewsy since it is so easy to do. I suggest racking it two or three times before drinking in order to get the best flavor.
