Ultra high quality calibrated mass, came Free with scale!
This metrology grade calibrated mass is extremely high quality. It came Free with the scale I bought! I have used it One time, after a year. The scale is still right on the money, 2000 ± 0.02 grams, but I recalibrated it anyway. I keep this wrapped in several bags and only touch it with gloves. It is a laboratory grade 2 kilogram calibrated mass standard.

Nice quality M1 weights that appear to be quite accurate
I bought two of these 2kg weights and both give the exact same reading on my 0.1g resolution Ohaus balance. This weight reads about 0.2g less than some F1 weights I have. Came well packaged.

Calibration weight
So you've seen those meat prices at Walmart where it says its 4 pounds and is actually 2. Well I found a few myself so now I check the scale for accuracy and check my weight before buying it. I bought some ribs, hamburger, and a couple roasts that had been priced by weight. I've found several a pound off the sticker adding more to the cost. I weigh everything now once I select my preference. The manager is cool about it and has never given me grief over it either. The 1st time I came in with my weight to calibrate the scale he knew I wasn't messing around. Better check the weight of your meats. Sometimes it actually is off by a lot!

Bargain price for M1 with case
Probably the best value for 2kg cal weight on Amazon. Not too surprising as their scales are among the best in their price class also. I haven't tested it against other standards so I can't attest to it's accuracy yet, but it looks good and comes in a case that most don't. Only caveat was there was a smudge of light flux or grease near the trim hole, it wiped off but was that included in the cal weight?
