An actual Upgrade from the regular Beats Studio buds
Wow these things are a REAL upgrade and step up from the regular Beats Studio buds. I got these as a replacement since my red Beats Studio buds were starting to go. I was getting weird feedback sometimes and the batteries would drain quickly, and unfortunately, unevenly as well. I had them 2.5 years. I’m really glad I decided to replace them with the + version though because they fit inside my ears better, sound better, block noise better, and the batteries last a lot longer and drain evenly. I wasn’t actually expecting that big of a difference, which is why I waited until they were on sale to buy. I bought my regular beats for $99.95 in 2024, and I bought these beats + for $99.95 in 2026!!! I had them on a list waiting for the price to drop a bit more than $149.95 and I’m glad I did because I got them for 41% off! I suggest sticking these on a wish list, and then Amazon will send a push notification when the price drops (at least this is what happened to me. I bought them within 3 minutes of the 41% off notification; amazons marketing definitely got me😅) Anyway, if you need earbuds and can wait, these are worth full price and are also DEFINITELY worth any sale price. I feel like $99.95 was an actual steal for them. Very grateful to have them, they are wonderful and actually help me focus better while I’m studying.

An alternative to AirPod Pros? Yes, but with a slight lower quality difference. Worth it? Yes
I compared these beats with AirPod pros. Both are Apple products. The beats have a smaller range of volume, the lowest volume is pretty loud for the “lowest volume”. Each level for volume going up is minimal compared to the AirPods. (At around 1/3 of the volume they match volume. AirPods get a lot quieter and ALOT louder, I’d say 10% louder) The beats are loud enough for me I leave it at 3/4 of volume. Noise cancellation is really good, some noise filters through in loud environments but it’s enough when you’re at the gym and busy places. I experienced noise filtering through when I was in a car with music blasting. So I’d rate the noise cancellation pretty high. Pass through, pass through is good. I’d recommend not having the pass through when there’s lots of noise cause it’s good and personally it can get loud. When there’s a sudden loud noise the earbuds make the same loud noise and it could hurt your ears if you have sensitive hearing. Cons, when in loud environments if you are on a call the earbuds filter out the noise, and when you speak it filters your voice a bit too which makes it hard for the other person on the other end to hear you. Also the bit about the loud noise with the pass through and sensitive ears is a con for me. Battery life is really good, lasts me my work day and a bit more, I’m sure like all batteries that would go down after use but hasn’t happened to me yet I’ve had it for 2 months now. Bluetooth, the Bluetooth is pretty strong. You could probably still have a connection a few rooms away in a house before the connection begins to fail. Unlike AirPods when you remove the bud from an ear whatever is playing will not pause unless YOU pause it. This means it’s constantly connected, when you are within the Bluetooth radius of course. I’ve lost a bud twice but this actually helped me find it, so that’s a plus. And with these beats you cannot connect another pair to your phone like you can with AirPods. So it’s only on pair of beats at a time. I really like the earbuds and I think they are well worth the price, to me they are a barely lesser version of AirPod pros. I’m considering getting the studio pro’s over the AirPod max after this experience. Update 4 months later- The battery life is still very strong, I have had some issues with them disconnecting and reconnecting to my phone and I believe it’s because when I got my Apple Watch, it must be Confusing the connection between my phone and the watch. Yes, it can be annoying but to me, it’s still worth it. All really need to do is reconnect with my phone. I don’t think AirPods Will have this problem. But I’m not sure. There was one day where the noise cancellation on my right earbud stopped working, but it’s because I didn’t have enough battery so I had to charge it after that I had no issues.

Very comfortable! Good value!
I actually really like these. I only give them four stars because they're dated and could use a refresh. A refresh would make them killer. Why do I like them? They are so incredibly comfortable for me. Lightweight. Stay in. They're the only earbuds that make me feel like I'm almost not wearing any. I've used airpods pro 2s for years. I lost my second pair and got an android phone, so I wanted to try out something more compatible. I find these on par/extremely close with my airpods pros 2. Noise cancellation could be better considering how tech has improved, but it's enough and it's comfortable. There's not much of the ANC hiss for that reason. They sound great with my moto razr fold and connection was seamless. They also connect well with my apple devices, which is a plus. I can see battery levels and whatnot on all my devices. It's nice to have some physical buttons but you can only do so much given how small these things are. I feel confident that they're as sweat proof as any earbud is. I think a refresh would make them better for 2026, almost 2027. Better anc, more location possibilities with the find hub would make these five stars for me. I can get directions to them but it's not as extensive as my airpods pros 2. But given the comfort of these earbuds, they've taken the place of my daily driver. If you can get them for $100 or less, they are a fantastic value. I got an open box for $85. I'm very happy with them for $85. I'm hoping beats has some sort of refresh planned.

Okay but not impressed.
A simple 5 star rating doesn’t give an accurate picture of these earbuds, so I have provided ratings for the following options: 5 stars - comfort and fit: These are the most comfortable inner earbuds that I have ever used. The medium sized pads that came pre installed are a perfect fit for me. 4 stars - noise cancellation and pass through: Noise cancellation is pretty decent for being earbuds, but can’t compare to headphones. These do provide the cleanest pass through audio that I have experienced. 4 stars - volume and bass: No complaints on volume, they get louder than I need, but like all earbuds, bass is mediocre. 3 stars - battery life: Nothing impressive about the battery life of the earbuds or the case. You can get the same amount of play time with $20-$50 earbuds. 2 stars - buttons and control functions: I don’t like how the buttons perform or their limited options. After setting them to control volume, sometimes it works, sometimes it stops playback and won’t restart. Long pressing to adjust volume is an inaccurate way to control volume and the feature feels like an afterthought. 1 star - compatibility: There is no way to adjust any options without an iPhone, and I often need to use these with a Windows PC. 0 stars - Amazon hiding reviews: I will be surprised if my review gets posted.

Great pods at a great price
I've been using a pair of the original Beats Powerbeats for years now, and they've been great. Though over time, I started getting interested in something with some ANC, and something a little less bulky. When these went on sale, I knew I had to buy a pair, they were just what I was looking for. These have been great, they fit really well and are comfortable, and while they don't have the over-the-ear hook that the powerbeats pro's have, I have not felt at all like they were insecure in my ear. The standard "medium" earpiece fits me fine, but it's nice to have several different sizes to adjust the fit. The sound is really good. More of that traditional "Beats Sound" with a little extra bit off oomph in the Bass department (my original Powerbeats sounded great, but they were less Bass-forward than most Beats). I enjoy the sound even if it's not "Audiophile quality" flat response, they sound great with the music I listen to, and when I'm watching movies, it's great too. The ANC is nice to have.. it's not perfectly going to cancel things out, as these are earbuds, and not total over-the-ear headphones, but honestly, the ANC is working better than I expected. I wish the transparency mode could be adjusted for how effective it is, as I wish it were a little more boosted, but it does still works better than just having the ANC Off. As of right now, these are in the sweet spot to buy, Apple quality ease of connectivity, good ANC, comfortable buds, good sound, and at the prices these can be found for now, they are the best buy IMO. Airpod Pros right now might sound a little better, and may have better ANC, but they cost more than two times what I paid for these, and these are way too good to pass up

Don’t waste your money. These are awful!
These are the worst headphones I have ever owned. They were easy enough to pair with my phone, but after that it has been nothing but problems. They will NOT stay in my ears. The silicone tips are not substantial enough to handle staying in your ear with the weight of the button on the outer part of the earbud. I bought memory foam replacement tips, and they help somewhat but I am still CONSTANTLY pushing these earbuds back in my ears. Worst, they constantly turn themselves off while I am actively listening to something. Just randomly, they will make the unpair noise and turn off. Sometimes they will automatically re-pair within a couple seconds, but more often I have to go into the settings on my phone and manually reselect them as my current listening preference. My phone is up to date, everything should be functioning correctly. The sound on these will also randomly go in and out every once in a while. There will be times where I’ll be listening for a while and then all of a sudden it’s like my phone is too far away from them and the sound starts to cut out. Even when I’m holding my phone in my hand. The only way to fix it is to completely turn them off and turn them back on. It’s beyond frustrating. When they are on and functioning, the sound quality is great. I am going to go back to my regular AirPods, the Beats are 100% not worth the money.

**Great Sound, Comfortable Fit, and Worth the Price!**
I really enjoy these Beats Studio Buds+. The sound quality is clear and full, with plenty of volume for my listening preferences. The noise cancellation helps cut down on background distractions so I can enjoy my music. They’re lightweight and comfortable, and the different ear tip sizes make it easier to adjust the fit. The controls are straightforward and convenient for managing music and calls without constantly reaching for my phone. I’m pleased with the battery life for everyday use, and the charging case is handy for topping them up when I’m out. The black-and-gold finish looks sharp, too! For the comfort, sound quality, and convenience, I feel they’re worth the price. Definitely recommend!

Their ok...
Over all ok earbuds, not what I was expecting though. I may have just been using them in the wrong content but noise canceling hardly works, I could still hear the clack of keys and a clock ticking with my volume up about half way, that will normally drownd out both of those with my other earbuds. The app doesn't seam to really work either, it mostly is just there to walk you through set up and make them seem nicer but switching between modes in the app doesn't work and you can only get it to switch using the earbuds. One of the modes sounds terrible, like it's coming from a very cheap radio, the other two sound the exact same. They do fit a bit oddly in my ears even with the smallest ends, and feel like they are going to fall out at any second. In the end if you just want earbuds that work ok with android and have alright sound 60% of the time then go for it but otherwise I would advise you to get something else.

Another Great Beats Product!!!!!!!!
I’m thrilled with this purchase, especially since Beats never disappoints. The history repeats itself with the Beats Studio Buds Plus. There are no complaints; it works perfectly as advertised. For those in the Apple ecosystem, it functions exactly like Apple’s own AirPods, which is obvious since Beats now owns Apple. The user interface is also identical to AirPods. Before switching to the Beats Studio Buds Plus, I used AirPods Pro 2, and I always experienced listening fatigue and discomfort from wearing them for extended periods. However, with the Beats Studio Buds Plus, I don’t feel any discomfort or fatigue, and I barely notice them in my ears. Most importantly, the audio quality is phenomenal. I can clearly hear the difference compared to AirPods. While AirPods have good audio, Beats’ quality is simply superior. The treble is crisp, the bass is punchy, and of course, the details are great—something I didn’t notice while using AirPods. I definitely recommend the Beats Studio Buds Plus; it’s worth every penny spent.

Great earbuds, but not the most ergonomic
I've been using these earbuds for about a month and overall I am satisfied. I bought them to replace earbuds of another extremely popular brand which I am probably not allowed to name in this review. The noise cancellation is definitely not bad - it works well on a busy street or in public transit and on the plane. And the 'transparency mode' allows you to hear your surroundings as well as if you didn't have anything in your ears. The battery life has not been an issue even with prolonged use. The sound quality is very good, lots of base and volume, not tinny at all. The two cons for me are that they tend to get dirtier than that other brand which shall not be named, because they have little rubber inserts for the part that goes in your ear, so it's not one uninterrupted smooth surface. The other con is that they are not ergonomically designed - it can be tricky to remove them from the case since there is not much to grab onto, and I have dropped them more than once because of this.

Great Bluetooth headphones
I got these in November of 2023 and it is not may of 2024, have worked very well. Had very few problems (connection issues but they weren’t major and easily fixed) I was either getting these or the AirPod pros, but these were cheaper then the AirPod pros but they work well. I have an iPhone and it paired just like AirPods would, and in about the same time (I have had AirPods in the past just lost them). Have the option of noise cancelation, transparency, and normal for listening mode and all work well. I use noise cancelation and it works well, AirPods work a little better but for the lower price well worth it. It won’t block out every single noise completely, but good enough for me. (I do have sensory issues with loud uncontrolled/unexpected sounds and these work well for me ofcourse everyone is different) most I hear is cars when I’m out in public and maybe if I someone is screaming that but barely. I have had the version of these without the plus and these are definitely a step up. Looks very nice too would/have recommended

Really bad
I previously owned a pair of the Beats Studio Buds for 2+ years. When the battery on them started to degrade I decided I liked them so much I would upgrade to the pro+ version. What a let down they have been. I will start with some positives over the cheaper version. The battery life is significantly improved, the look and overall feel of the product is superior, and I find these stay my ears better. Now to the bad. These earbuds cannot stay properly connected while they are in my front pants pocket. This is doubly as bad while using them during a run. The Bluetooth handshake with my iPhone does not work as well as the cheaper version, to the point where about half the time I need to do it manually, and they constantly disconnect. The microphone does not work as well (or so I am told) while talking on the phone. The noise cancellation is spotty, when it works it works well but it seems variable. In summary, the cheaper version (Beats Studio Buds) worked much better for me over the past two years. Granted I bought these in 2023ish so I’m sure like most products the quality on these has gone down as well. Probably will never buy a Beats product again.

Good quality,But hard to get it out of the case
I have not use it a lot just few times and not for a long time but so far looks good and the noise cancelling really works. The negative thing that i have to said is How difficult is to get it out of the case is very slippery you may need to rocket a few times side to side ,its magnetic so that does not make it easy.Otherwise so far is good
