Very easy to use and effective
I absolutely love this shockwave unit. It is very easy to use very easy to understand. It works great. I’ve had several very successful sessions with it with some of my patients. I really can’t complain at all especially with such a good price.

Not enough directions, zero tech support
There a very few directions and there is not company contact information, no tech support information. I use it the first time #1 head on the preset shoulder settings on my husband's old injury, it worked for him. The second time I used #1 head it was very loud, clacking and he was winsing as I moved. And I can't contact anyone to find out how to correct this. I'm not happy, especially when it worked for him the first go around.

Shockwave machine
The probe #1 keep stripping the screw, this is the second machine I got, and also the frequency + button works some times. I am not happy with this product, I bought a different one that is in a bigger box case and it seems to last longer then this one. I have used it only for a week. and I am not pushing down on it.

Not Shockwave!!!!
This is not a real electrocoporial Shockwave machine. It's nothing more than a very loud thumping massager. I have used a real one at the Chiropractor. The real ones create a stem cell surge at the injury site. This just bangs on you. Very bad product!
