Excellent! Comes in a little plastic holder for storage. It is very easy to use and is sturdier than a lot of derma rollers. Use a few times a week as it is a little stingy compared to the 0.25 roller, but see great results in my skin after a few weeks of use. Great value for money! I was advised to purchase a derma roller that had individual spokes as they were better than the pressed metal versions. This was the one that seemed to have the most going for it; it was a nice design, good value for money and had a decent number of the individual spikes. I have not been disappointed. It is very easy to use and I have not encountered any design or quality issues with the product. It comes in a nice little travel case.When using on the 'widows peak' area of the forehead, it can be rather painful however you do get used to it quite quickly. The main way this pain came out was after use, I would sneeze several times. Around 2 months later I no longer feel this, though.2 months in and when used in conjunction with Minoxidil, the roller has made my hair a little thicker. Obviously this is a long term project and, due to male pattern baldness, will probably be something that I use in perpetuity but this roller has been very effective in making my scalp skin better and hair thicker and stronger.

I use this (with a serum) across my scalp to help stimulate hair growth, it’s easy to use easy to clean and it’s lightweight.

This is the Derma roller to get. Very good quality and very sharp. I ordered more than one as they are very effective, so when one is being cleaned I have another to use in its place.

I wasn't sure about quality of disposable microneedle rollers, but I'm really happy with this. I've used my 3 times and it has worked well with hyaluronic acid serum. I am aware you should replace every month, approx 4 uses. The needles are high grade titanium, sharp and efficient. It feels prickly on sensitive areas, but from what I've read, 0.5mm is enough to stimulate collagen production. I use the .30mm for eyes. I would increase to 0.7 at the most because for fine lines I think that is really the deepest you need. If you want to improve scarring you will have to go above 1mm but I'm guessing that would start getting painful. I can roll the 0.5mm around without slowing or reducing pressure due to pain, but I'm not sure about 0.7mm, I will see. It is simple to use, just disinfect in pure alcohol first and after, and make sure skin is clean.

Ovviamente si avverte una leggera sensazione di fastidio o pizzicore, ma niente di insopportabile, specialmente se si applica delicatamente senza esercitare troppa pressione.In merito al trattamento del cuoio capelluto, devo dire che il prodotto sembra aver contribuito a ridurre la caduta dei capelli, probabilmente migliorando l'assorbimento dei trattamenti specifici che applico dopo il suo utilizzo. Uso questo Derma Roller da 0.5mm da circa 1 settimane e posso dire con sicurezza che fa la differenza! I microaghi sono delicati ma efficaci: stimolano la pelle senza provocare dolore e, se usato correttamente, non lascia arrossamenti duraturi.Da utilizzare 2-3 volte a settimana dopo aver disinfettato bene la pelle e il rullo. Subito dopo si applica il siero preferito, e noterete che verrà assorbito molto più in profondità. Pori si riduranno visibilmente , pelle più compatta e luminosa, e alcune piccole cicatrici da acne si m attenueranno.L’ho provato anche sulle smagliature ..vedremo tra un po’ (serve costanza!). Ottimo anche per chi ha le prime rughe: la pelle appare più tonica e giovane.Non lo avevo mai usato per il cuoio capelluto, ma ci sto provando adesso con un siero specifico per la crescita dei capelli.Consigliatissimo per chi vuole una pelle più sana e uniforme in modo naturale. Ottimo rapporto qualità-prezzo. Basta usarlo con attenzione e igiene!
