The body feels a tad plasticky, but the keys feel very comparable to a lower-end acoustic grand piano action, very natural feeling. The sound quality is good but the built in speakers don't do it much justice.

Look nice, sound nice, and feel nice.

Sturdy. Sound is good. A very good option for quality if you aren't looking shell out over a grand.

Love it. Had to leave our old piano when we moved to Hawaii. Doesn’t look as nice, but the sound is better. (Among other choices I can play Bach on my ‘harpsichord’.)

Very shocked to see how faulty the buttons are.

This product arrived in a severely damaged box. I did a simple test with the keyboard and discovered that many of the keys could not be pressed and the whole keyboard was out of alignment. It was completely unusable.

I have been using this piano for the past 2 weeks and its a good beginner piano. Few things that I dislike are: 1. There is no layering/splitting option present 2. Like most pianos in this range, there are only limited function buttons available and most of the functions are set by pressing the function button and a key on the keyboard. However, for this piano, this is a tedious process since there are no symbols on top of the keys which means that you always need to refer the user manual to understand the function that each key performs. 3. The user manual received did not have English language. Only Spanish, German etc.. were present which made it difficult to understand how everything works.
