Love, love, love this flour; most delicious waffles ever and works just fine for gravies and other things.

This is the BEST gluten free flour hands down! Most gluten free flours contain rice in them, which they use as a filler and can taste grainy. This flour DOES NOT. I cannot have gluten nor rice and I have found this to be the PERFECT flour to bake with. Seriously. I have made all of my usual favorite recipes for my family and relatives and they haven't a clue that it's gluten free. In fact, my baked goods have turned out even better! You do not need to add an extra egg or anything to compensate for moisture. Just one for one. My chocolate cake, muffins, cookies, everything have turned out consistently wonderful. I always have this on hand and wouldn't buy anything else. This is a great value for the money -- Walmart is the only place I have found that stocks it besides Amazon and it's so much easier to just order from Amazon and shipped. Don't hestitate to buy this and enjoy!

So far, I've used this blend in making muffins, pancakes, cornbread and brownies (btw: all vegan). The flour gives a nice, delicate crumb to these products; albeit slightly dense, but not quite as dense as 100% oat flour. I think the buckwheat improves the texture of baked goods (over just oats). Have purchased 2 times now. Just wish it wasn't so expensive (minus 1 star for price).

I have purchased so many times and will continue to purchase. The price is the same as in store at Walmart. But this I can order to our door. Neutral taste and delicious
