Very nice product to gift or self use

The mugs are light weight and of decent size. Good for both tea and coffee. The steel quality seems fine and the outer plastic and the handle seems strong and robust. The only issue I have is that the description says red and blue colours, while I got both brown coloured ones. Please either change the description or send the correct product.

Good product but multi colours not delivered single colour all cups

It's good and keep the drink hot but not 200 ml not even 180 ml cup in size it's small in size. I recieved two blue colour cups and colour is good. But wrong information provided by the seller about the capacity.

Outstanding

I really wanted to like this cup, but the quality control is terrible. My biggest issue is the construction of the inner stainless steel lining. Right at the spot where your lips naturally touch the rim, there is a noticeable joint or seam in the metal. In my case, this joint is not smooth at all. It feels loose and actually has a flaky edge to it. To make matters worse, because the metal isn't sitting flush, you can actually see the outer plastic layer peeking through the gap. This is both unsightly and uncomfortable to drink from. For a product that is meant to hold beverages, having a rough, poorly finished seam at the drinking point is a huge design flaw. I was hugely disappointed with this purchase. Save your money and look for a cup with a seamless interior.
