Would buy again
Lovely little machine with decent specs easy to set up and get going, offering good value for the home user, plenty of USB ports and it runs quietly which is good, would buy again

Returned item without fuss.
I had to return this item as it would not boot up. Power getting through but hardware not working. Also the CD drawer was cracked. Having said that, I returned the item (within stipulated time) and got the full refund, no questions asked. So, the company acted legally and did not create problems for me. Having had to go to the effort of collecting and carrying the item to my car, and then the same in, reverse to return it, I'd have liked something that worked from the start though- I decided not to get a replacement after that experience, and went to a shop to buy a different product instead.

Great PCs from Zoostorm
The 2nd Zoostorm PC I have owned and this is even better than the first (which is still OK but a bit noisy and slow now). I am delighted with the machine and it's set up by Zoostorm. No unwanted software or other nonsense. The PC just works as it should. Thank you.

Loose usb port
This is not the fastest computer even though the specs are good. Plus there are only 2 USB ports on the front of the machine. The interior of one came away when I was removing a USB stick and then got stuck in the USB stick itself. Looks nice and tidy but not impressed with performance given the specs. Takes ages to start up and I don't have a lot of heavy software on this and always seems to have errors. Very disappointed.

A good performing pc let down by the lack of any spare SATA ports to allow additional hard drives etc.

Performs well, easy to set up, no issues.
Bought this to replace an old Dell. The Zoostorm is good value, faster and with more capacity (of course). Pleasingly, it has all the same ports/sockets as the Dell, so upgrading was easy. No issues to date (after a few weeks' use).
